- BB SQ - 1/5x115, 1/5x105, 14/5x95. 60 sec. rest between low sets. 7750 lbs.
- KB BTBC - week 3 workout 3 - wore HRM, good pump during VO2 max swings (:15/:15, 20kg, 10 min.). Everything else felt good, even the mountain climbers. Worked with the 12kg for hot potatoes/presses, still hard at last ladder. HR data is here.
