- Gyro session - took it a little easy but still got the chest opened up well and legs lengthened in preparation for BTBC.
- BTBC - week 6 workout 2. Better than Monday. Worked primarily with the 12, all DL/JJ/SWs completed and 1-2-3-4-5-4 on the ladders. 41 rope bounces on 2nd set, didn't count 1st.
