- Gyro independent--took it easy on account of BTBC coming up
- BTBC - week 2 workout 2 - got through one full set of mt. climbers and one set of plank/pushups. Used 12/16 vs. 16/20 on Monday, 8 for heartbeats of course. Good sweat but did not feel as horrible
