  • Four rounds of 30 sec. per exercise: pumps: 2H SW, mtn. climbers, 1 H SW L, burpees, 1 H SW R, Lizard crawls, 30 sec. rest. Harder than expected. HRM data is here. Did 1st/3rd set w/12kg, 2nd/4th w/16kg.
