  • Gyro - good session, felt like chest & mid back opened pretty well
  • (BB SQ 3/115, KB DL 5/20+24) x 5. Switched hands on heavier bell each set.
  • KB CL (5/16 L/R, 4/20 L/R, 3/24 L/R) x 3. Hard.
