  • FMS screen - started with RIS hamstring stretch, push through heels to lead x 3 each side
  • Active SLR w/band - flatten back, other leg down; band leg is stretching; no hard style with corrective drills; 3 L, 5 R; 2x5 DL, 2x10 SW after
