  • 5 x (2 pullups, 5 CL L/R 16kg, 4 pushups)
  • 5 x (10 SW L/R, 30 sec. jump rope). Kept HR high but took breaks between sets.
  • Farmers walk 5 x (24kg L/R 30 sec.) 30 sec. rest between sets.
