- Gyro - good session, really felt connected. Worked on keeping scapulas down but shoulders wide (hard), energy out through the hands. Pulling up of the pelvic floor also a key correction.
- BB DL - tested max. 165 yes, 195 yes, 225 yes, 245 yes, 275 no (twice), 255 yes, 265 no. New DL PR, 255 lbs.
