  • Started with good TGU corrections, then snatch practice
  • Corrections - compress belly to avoid hyperextension; lock elbow
  • Swings and SLDL to warm up - DLs felt good from floor w/12kg
  • Main workout - 8, 4, 6, 2 snatch 14kg w/2, 4, 6, 8 lockout & 2, 4, 6, 8 GSQ 16kg
  • Taiji - pao chui work
