12/26/2011 - coaching session

  • Coaching session w/Kevin - review of lifts and planning for January 2012
  • Cool timesaving stretch/lift combos: hip flexor to hamstring, TGU roll to press to ASLR to arm bar
  • Kneeling presses, chinup practice, snatches w/16 and 20, double presses w/16kgs (will use 14kgs for double press work).
  • Harder workout than expected!
