  • Weights @ rec center:
  • Cybex SQ - 2/5@180, 2/5@230, 2/5@270, 2/5@320, 1/4@360. Calf raises x 5 for all sets except last one.
  • Dumbbell CL & PR 30 lbs 4 x (3 L/R, 4 L/R, 5 L/R). Worked on elbow lockout, easy to see in mirror.
