  • Ran to KB class - 0.7 mi.
  • TGU 12kg 3+3 to warm up
  • PCP 50 reps - alternated 16kg and 20kg
  • 4 x (pushup -> pike x 5, back bows x 3 10 breaths, 1/2H SW 20kg 5x5)
  • For time - 1 CL, 1 SW, swing switch, 1 CL, 1 SW. Started with 16kg, dropped to 14kg
  • GSQ - 20kg x 8, then suitcase DL to a hold 20kg L/R, GSQ x 6
  • Various knee flip patterns at end
  • Ran/walked to taiji - 2.5 mi. - about 1.25 hrs of practice (legs tired)
  • Ride to lunch w/Tom
  • Walked home from lunch, ~1.8 mi. Total of 5.1 mi. of walking running, ~13 min./mi. pace
