- GSQ - 16kg - 1 x 10
- KB PR - 14kg x 3, 16kg x 2, 20kg x 1 x 5 sets
- BB DL - 135 x 5, 155 x 3, 175 x 2
- 1H SW - 20kg - 10 + 10 x 5 sets w/rest between hands and sets
- Simple, but far from easy!
