- Run - ravenna park, UW, around lake union. 10.75 mi., 1:54:49, 10:40/mi. (data here). Much faster than expected, but hamstrings and calves sore after. Lessons for the day: (a) always wear rain gear in Seattle when running (got cold); (b) calf work day before a long run is a bad idea.
