  • Gravitron 6/15@4
  • KB Clean 2/5@16 - opened cut on wrist, had to stop. 2 overhead holds 15sec L/R 16kg.
  • Nautilus 1/15 - hams, adductors, abductors
  • Nautilus leg extension, R only, dropping weight to failure
