4/1/2011 - KB snatch practice

  • 5 x (10/10 8kg, 8/8 12kg, 6/6 16kg, 4/4 20kg), 280 total. All sets with plenty of rest between. ~30 min., would have been nice to see what the HRM said but didn't put it on. Left wrist a little banged up, 1 or 2 bad reps with the 20.
