4/21/2011 - KB int

  • Intermediate class - Bridget. Started with 10 min of TGU singles, 5 min @ 10kg, then 5 min at 12kg. Reps felt good.
  • RRows 2x14kg, 6, 8, 10 with carries around the room between sets.
  • Other sets/reps followed but are lost from memory. The workout felt hard but not impossible.
