2/.21/2011 - KB beg

  • KB beginning class - Bridget. Started with TGUs for 5 min. or so, then rounds of rows, suitcase deads, and farmers walks. Then figure 8s, slingshots, and haloes. Some swings to warm up, then heavy deadlifts for triples up to the beast. Finished with 1x5 28kg, 2x5 32kg. Crazy!
