- 2/2 TGU 12kg with holds, then hip flexor stretch and wall SQ to warm up
- KB PR - 3 x (1, 2, 3) 20kg
- BB DL 5/5x145
- Worked to comfortable stop on all sets w/iPod on for support. Comfortably hard day.
