  • KB SW: :15/:15 5/10@(12L, 12R, 16L, 16R, 20B, 24B). 300 swings total. Took 2 min. rest after sets 2, 3 to let HR drop to 110-115.
  • KB CL: 2/3 L/R @(12, 16, 20, 24). 48 cleans total.
  • HRM data is here. Top SW HR was around 150, felt hard.
