- Good tai chi class...big lesson for the day was softening the elbows to avoid getting my wrist trapped in a nikio. Good section 7/8 session, 7 stars/8 directions, push hands, form work, then one pass quickly through the 96 form before lunch.
- SW - 10 L/R@12kg on the :00/:30, 20 min., 400 total. Felt good, not too hard aerobically.
