  • Warmup: 12kg halos 5/5, 12kg goblet sq w/pause at bottom, 12kg hot potato 1 minute
  • 10 sets of:
  1. 20 2H SW@16kg
  2. 5 goblet SQ@16kg
  • Gyro in afternoon, good session but no specific improvements.
