• Those iron balls are just like magnets...couldn't leave them alone completely.
• 5 sets of:

1. SW - 12kg - 10L, 10R
2. SW - 2x12kg - 10
3. CL - 2 x 12kg - 10
4. DL - 24kg -10

• The cleans were the hardest part, more work needed there.
