- First try at timed sets. Level 1 is 7 rounds of :30 L, :30 R, :60 rest.
- LCCJ, :30/:30 16kg. Last couple of sets were pretty hard.
- Step ups holding 16kg, :30/:30. Definitely felt it more in R leg.
- Finished with 2 rounds of (BP 2/115, 2 pullups).
