  • 2 mile run on track - ~20:40. Wasn't a good idea, everything hurt afterwards.

  • Ab wheel 2/6
  • BTBC - Week 9 workout 1 in evening. Stacked workout (A, AB, ABC, ...), looks like 105 sets total. Got through about 75% of it.
