- Run/walk in early AM, neighborhood route. 3.9 mi., 53:05, 13:36/mi. Tried to keep HR in 117 range. Pavement slam when almost home, a couple of small cuts.
- KB intermediate class in evening - Chris. Couple of good workouts, below. All doubles with 2x14kg, felt good. Swings 14/16/20/24 kg, 20s were very hard.
