- KB beginning class - Carol. Started with medicine ball reaches/rotations, great warmup. Then 30 sec rounds of ropes, jumping jacks, box step ups, squat to toes. 6 people in class, everyone got 2 rounds.
- Main workout: 10 SW, 10/10 tac lunges, 5/5 halos w/extension (hard), 10 SW, 20 mtn. climbers, 7 SQ/PR, 10 SW, 6/6 rows, 5 pushups. Got through 2 rounds and started the third.
- Taiji - passed on applications class, did form/pao chui class. Legs good and tired.
- ROP medium day in afternoon - KB PR 5 x (1, 2, 3) 16 kg. iPod helped a lot.
