  • Nice pressing day in the early morning at the gym
  • KB PR 5 x (1, 2, 3, 4) 16kg
  • Doubles on Nautilus shoulder press machine 2 x (60, 70, ..., 120). No go on 130.
  • Missed the ROP swings, will have to work that in elsewhere.
