  • BB DL 5/3x185. Good scrape on R shin from bar knurling
  • Evening - KB beginning class, Bridget. Good basic workout, lots of deadlifts, rows, farmers walks. Inchworms with pushups at bottom excellent stretch for the hammies/calves.
