- KB dbl PR, 2/8x8kg standing on bosu.
- Run: greenlake/woodland, 4.8 mi. Turned watch off at stoplight and forgot to turn it back on, so no time. Bonked a bit after about 3.5 mi., so did 1 min. run/1 min. walk from there home.
