- 19 beautiful miles in the Cascades, a lot of up and down to finish the GPS work in the Crystal Mountain section of Rainier. Sunny but cool. Pace around 18:00, still a little slow for Cle Elum. About 7500 ft. of gain/loss for the day. Felt great at the end and not much residual soreness in the legs.
