- Afternoon run on streets around house (route here). Did several pace pickups (strides) over the distance between 3 telephone poles. Felt great throughout and kept pace under 10:00/mi.
- Evening: DL, sets of 5 at 155/155/145/145/135. Tried the 5th set in sumo stance, very difficult. Tried a 6th set sumo style and failed on 2nd rep.
