- Run at football practice area at Edison HS, 38:29, 3-3.5 mi. Sets of single/double hand tire throws, steps (single leg steps on R leg -> very hard), hills, step ups on bleachers, etc. at intervals during run. Practice area was torn up and muddy due to school construction, but a beautiful day.
