  • Warmups - prying, brettzels, arm bars
  • TGU 10kg 3+3 (all on L, then all on R)
  • GSQ 16kg 10 x 1 set
  • Press ladders - 1, 2, 3, 4 x 12kg, 14kg, 16kg. All sets felt good
  • 1H SW 20kg 5+5 x 10 sets
