5/19/2011 - hotel workout

  • 30 min running on treadmill, few strides but mostly slow pace
  • 5 x (80 jump ropes; 5/6/7/8/9 PP L/R 25; 5 pushups; 10 BW SQ; 5 burpees)
  • 5 x (5 SLDL L/R 50)
