    • Row/jump rope, then XVest and BW leg sets.
  • Thursday 2/5:
    • Run - neighborhood (rd). 3.22 mi. 34:13, 10:37, 157 ft. gain.
    • KB intermediate. - DQ. tgu/sq/sq?
  • Friday 2/6:
    • Basement - row/jump rope. Great workout, but too much. Left knee ligament hosed.

    • Basement - bench/UB
