- Walk - to/from store. 1.03 mi., 18:07, 17:39, 39 ft. gain. It's a start!
- Thursday 2/12:
- KB intermediate - Andrea. Clean practice - cheat and dead cleans only. 20 min.
- Friday 2/13:
- Basement - rowing, R leg work, a little core.
- Saturday 2/14:
- KB advanced - Kevin. High-rep snatching, 150 @ 12kg in 7 min. HR 150.
- Walked - to/from KBs. 1.35 mi., 24:41, 18:15/mi., 121 ft. gain.
- 2.38 mi. for the week...lowest in a long time.
