    • KB intermediate - Andrea. Clean practice - cheat and dead cleans only. 20 min.
  • Friday 2/13:
    • Basement - rowing, R leg work, a little core.

    • KB advanced - Kevin. High-rep snatching, 150 @ 12kg in 7 min. HR 150.
    • Walked - to/from KBs. 1.35 mi., 24:41, 18:15/mi., 121 ft. gain.
    • 2.38 mi. for the week...lowest in a long time.
