First city hike out of the "stairs" book from Portage Bay up into Capitol Hill, then down almost to Lake Union (should have gone all the way to the lake). 2.28 mi., 45:52, 20:07/mi., 461 ft. of gain/loss. Nice day, great views of Lake Union, lots of people walking/running stairs. Garmin data is here.
Walk to coffee, KB class, whole foods, home. 1.95 mi., 32:04, 16:25/mi.
KB advanced class - Kevin. PM++ (TGU 12kg, H/S/P 24kg, GSQ 20kg), then four rounds of double bell complexes, including snatches (2x12kg). Conditioning needs some work.
